Planning and Building Regulation Drawings
We develop accurate planning drawings that are submitted to the local planning planning authority with the intention to obtain Planning Permission/Permitted Development approval. We also submit and manage the application, acting as your agent to give you complete peace of mind.
Upon Planning Approval, we then generate a Full Building Regulation Drawing package, these drawings outline all the relevant building notes, specifications and detailed section drawings that demonstrate how we will comply with the Building Regulations, the drawings will then be submitted for Full Plans Building Control Approval. This will also give your builder a detailed drawing which outlines exactly needs to be done, thereby removing uncertainty and reducing the risk of errors on site.
Collaborative Design
As Architects we recognise that design starts with a conversation, during the initial design workshop we take the time to understand your lifestyle, aims and project requirements. Everyone is unique and have different priorities, we pride ourselves in recognising this. People use space in a variety of ways and we want to create your dream bespoke space to suite your way of life. We often find clients getting very enthusiastic during the design workshop, we understand this and we will aim to produce the necessary drawings as quickly as possible.
Affordable Fixed Prices
We offer fixed affordable prices, our services are outlined to you in a clear and transparent way so you know exactly what you are paying for. Many companies charge by the hour or as a percentage of build costs which of course fluctuates, however our flexible pay as you go service means that you only pay for what you want, thereby removing services which you may not require. Clients will often know the price of our services prior to us arriving thereby making the whole process more efficient.

Available on Evenings and Weekends
We understand that due to everyone’s work commitments its often difficult to locate an Architect who visits you and carries out surveys out of normal working hours. We are happy to say that the majority of our design visits are in fact on evenings and weekends, this has been a hugely popular with our clients, this stands testament of our commitment to providing a high quality flexible service.
